Brand Manager
The new product development manager for Orenda will be responsible for working closely with the Marketing Director in developing the new product strategy and products for assigned categories/growth platforms and leading the cross-functional team from conception through commercialization.
Consistent with an agreed set of strategies, this individual will use the stage gate process to identify and prioritize winning concepts, and lead marketing team to meet targets. Reports to Marketing Director.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Defines new product development strategies for assigned categories/platforms and gains alignment across Senior Management.
- Identifies and evaluates growth opportunities to include internal and/or external development ideas and potential business acquisitions.
- Leads ideation/creative process to develop pipeline of new product ideas. Shapes and optimizes ideas using marketing research to meet and exceed consumer expectations.
- Supervises any outside resources who will assist with ideation, business case, implementation and other duties as needed.
- Builds the feasibility business case for new products, including consumer, competitive environment, customer prospect, company feasibility and fit.
- Prioritizes concepts based on sound business rationale and thorough financial analysis. Evaluates options and different alternatives to best concepts to ensure we maximize business results.

Accounts Executive
Position : Sr/Jr Accounts Executive
Age : 26:32 (Can also consider senior retired bankers or older individuals who have the aptitude and desire to work)
Gender : Males preferred
Years of experience: 3-5 years
Education : Bcom+ Mcom/ CA inter + Advanced accountancy course from a reputed institute, MS Office proficiency certification
Tally ERP 9.0 (good proficiency required), MS Excel expert user (able to generate good quality MIS as required by management),
Excellent knowledge of various compliances and practices like ROC, Excise, Service tax, VAT, LBT and personal interaction with government bodies
Good correspondence skills
Skills : English language proficiency for drafting basic letters and documents using MS word
Sound administrative skills and is regular in filing, maintaining and timely retrieval of documents
Ability to understand various reporting hierarchies and generate MIS as and when required.
Ability to develop systems and processes for better and mature working of the department of accounts and integrate with purchase function.
Experience : Should have worked in a manufacturing organization preferably for at least 2 years.
An experience in the FMCG business will be an added advantage.
Should have been part of an entire accounting cycle for at least 2 years (i.e. from start of the FY and maintaining books to closure of accounts and return filing at the end of the FY)
An experience of done a stint at an accounting firm or with independent CA is desirable but not mandatory.
Others : Driving license (At least 2 wheeler license compulsory)
Must have own two wheeler and must be comfortable with Pune city and its geography.

Sales Executives

Description of role :
Dynamic go-getters, who hold graduate degrees in Hotel management, Commerce, Arts and Catering management will be considered with an experience of at least 2 year and maximum of 4 years in FMCG, Pharma product sales. Candidates will have to ensure achievement of sales targets in the institutional and retail customer segments. Candidates must demonstrate skills like sales planning, team work etc and above all must have the ability to accept total responsibility of assigned tasks.
6)Basic to intermediate computer proficiency is required for this position especially in MS Office along with sound spoken and written English skills. Candidates have to have capabilities to generate various reports on MS. Excel and make professional presentations to the management.
Candidates applying for this position must possess their own two wheeler along with a valid driver’s license and must be willing to travel extensively within and outside Pune city

Production & Operations executive

Job Description : The individual recruited will be responsible for maintaining production schedules, managing line staff of about 6-7 persons.
He/ She will also be responsible for developing quality methods for enhancing product quality, reducing waste and achieving operational efficiency.
He/ she may also be required to develop new products in consultation with management vision for Orenda Foods and achieve scalable operations in reasonable time frame.
He/ She needs to have a valid driver’s license (2 or 4 wheeler or both) with his/her own vehicle to commute. He/ She needs to have at least 1 year experience in working for Medium size snack food companies.
